For my sins, I also look after

the Borneo territories, and, as I think

you know, we are very anxious to get hold

of Mr. Concannon for our town planner in

North Borneo. I believe that

Mr. Concannon is in touch with you and

I hope you may feel able to recommend him

to accept our offer for North Borneo, if

he should seek your advice.
